Overall, I'd call the election a rejection of establishment rule. Just too many people sick of the slanted news and the way things are, economically and socially. Too much PC. Too much disruption of things people basically liked.
Being a master of the circus, and having severely damaged-goods opposition like Hillary, it is amazing to me that it wasn't 70/30 for Trump, but hey, a lot of committed progressives and a lot of money on the other side.
