I just want to hear his gameplan for continuing his dominance doing said activities in SLC.

Does he expect the majority religious values will slow him?

In my experience, a smaller pool of hookers can lead to more intimate and familiar sexual encounters. As long as you're not one of those tools who think these qualities are bad, then I might even argue that the smaller pool provides for more intense climaxes. Fwiw.
