Hayward on Boston....

Hayward: "What's special about here is it seems they are especially educated sports fans...they know a little more here."

LMAO

How is that a jab at Jazz?

New player compliments fan base, every player does that. No one moves to a new team and is like "Yeah, but you know, the people here are just kind of stupid"

Man another 13 year old girl pining for the first boy who dumped her in Jr high. Move on people. The point of this article was really that Hayward checked out of Utah the year he went into restricted free agency. He is a whiny little bitch that held a grudge for all those years. He's gone people. For ****'s sake move on already.

The press also probably knows a little bit more and may be able to sniff out any weakness.

I agree. Love fest now. If Celtics go on losing streak city will crush irving/hayward.

I was on a biz trip 6 years ago when pats lost to KC on Sunday night football. Next day sports radio wanted Belichek and Brady gone.

These were multi championship winners.

Emotional city...both ways...

Presser was 95% Kyrie

dude you said you won't post anymore. why are you back? also what kind of indiana fan become boston fan? lol bet you love patriots over colts! :)

Heh, I read that quote and I thought it was suspect, then watched the video and I didn't get the vibe that he's taking a jab at all. It's out of context line taken from his answer about how he's going to react to the fans being extra critical when things don't go well and extra hypey when the team's rolling. Remember folks - always look for the original source and see for yourself if what's being presented is what is actually happening. Question starts at about 11:00 mark.

It's about as generic and boring of an answer as Hayward can give. And Hayward is the king of boring and generic. Don't look for slights where there are none.

Dude, move on. Be happy. Enjoy life, and let how things ended here go. Nothing can be done about it now.

Play a little tennis before the season starts, play a video game or two, change your hairdo. Whatever it takes to move on and live in the moment.

We loved GH20 pre 2017 season, but that guy is gone and is never coming back. So goes life.

He's right. Celtics fans in general are more knowledgeable about the NBA.

Also, I'm happy for Hayward. He looks like he's found a better situation for himself. Sucks as a Jazz fan, but I'm already pretty much over it. I'll still be rooting for him to do well in Boston.

Not the ones I know here in Utah, so the ones I know = all the BOS fans everywhere and for all time [/sarcasm]

First there are the ones that only know and view things through Blue Colored glasses (yes blue if you don't know consider yourself lucky)

Second are the ones that are BOS everything fans wish they lived there and try to live their sports lives how they "ideologize" people in BOS to be and act. Obnoxious drunks who cry when the Patriots lose a game and the Sox and Celtics can do know wrong.

good thing Fleeward has his bosom buddy stevens to go to for comfort when the "smart" fans get after him.

At least it is not philly where they booed santa claus

It was more a pro-Celtics interview than taking a jab at Jazz fans. He was asked a question specifically about handling pressure from Boston fans.

Anyone who takes this as a stab at the Jazz or is offended by it is an idiot. Embarrassing to see some Jazz fans actually be mad at this.

General NBA.. this guy is not a jazzman... this was not a quote about Utah... nothing to see here.
