The young guys are playing meaningful minutes and clearly developing, however, we will likely miss the playoffs barely which will improve our draft pick. The young guys haven't been handed anything. They are having to earn their minutes which is forcing them to improve their games. As far as I am concerned I would like to keep playing close games where the young guys are playing important minutes for their development but that we lose so we improve the draft position.
Isn't this best case scenario??
