Hard to find any games where our 4 best players all play 30+ minutes but going game by game I found:
A game versus the Knicks
Sexton played 38 minutes, Kessler played 35, Lauri played 33 minutes and Collins played 32 minutes.
Final score: jazz 121. Knicks 106.
Lauri had 34 points and 9 boards
Collins had 20 and 13
Kessler has 11 and 10 and 3 blocks
Sexton had 25 points on 9-14 shooting.

When all 4 of those guys play big minutes the jazz can beat a lot of teams. They are still way worse than Memphis and Boston and OKC etc but I figure if those guys are healthy, getting big minutes, and the jazz are trying to win then they would be as good as Sacramento/San Antonio type teams who are both on place for about 40 wins.
I went ahead and checked this using your criteria and here are the results:

11/23 vs Knicks - W (+15)
11/26 vs Spurs - L (-13)
11/30 vs Mavericks - L (-12)
12/1 vs Lakers - L (-1)
1/22 vs Thunder - L (-9)

Unsurprisingly there are very few such games, and they happened to be against pretty good teams. That said, I looked at games with three of the four players available and games where all four played but some only played 20-30 minutes and I feel pretty comfortable with this team's actual competitive ceiling as a 30-35 win team.
