Jazz medical staff and injuries

Remember how often John Stockton and Karl Malone missed games because of injury? Yeah, almost never, right? Did you ever notice that during those years, hardly any jazz players missed games because of injury? Did you ever wonder why?
The jazz had by far the lowest number of games missed because of injury in the NBA for 24 years. Less that half of the league average.
Here is the reason: Dr Craig Buhler. He was the team chiropracter. But he is much more than that.
Stockton mentioned him by name at his HOF speech. Mark Eaton swore by him and was still seeing him. Stockton still comes to Utah just to see him.
Why?
Because he can prevent injuries and fix injuries. I've been going to him for over 30 years.
Dr Buhler can fix an ankle injury in one day. I've seen people go into his office on crutches and then walk out with no pain.
Dr Buher knows how to fix hamstring pulls in a couple of weeks and have them never happen again.
The jazz know this.
But the medical staff hated him and forced him out once Stockton retired.
As soon as Dr Buhler left, the jazz injury rate went right up to the league average and has been there ever since. Coincidence?

But a couple of years later, Larry Miller called Dr Buhler, pleading with him to fix Boozer because Boozer just wasn't getting any better. He did.
Then Larry called again and pleaded with him to fix AK. He did. But that was the last time.
I have been seething with anger this year watching Donovan and Conley miss games and reinjuring again. Hearing Donovan complain about it today made me even madder. Donovan could have been fixed in a day and missed no games.
Conley could have been back in a couple of weeks with no further issues.
The solution is right there. The jazz know. But they would rather let players sit for a month and keep having problems than call Dr Buhler.
Want proof?
Here you go.

I don't know why Dr Buhler keeps saying that was a playoff game, because obviously the only way the jazz play the Magic is in the finals...but that's not the point.

This disaster of injuries to our starting guards could have been avoided. Is Conley going to retire because his hammy just won't 'stop pulling? He might. It will not get better because the cause is not being evaluated.
