What's worse, Lakers crashing and finding their next star in the next draft, or Lakers crashing, but not quite as bad and missing their guy by a player or two?

Probably not going to matter. The Clippers are now LA's team. No one here wears purple and gold. Lakers couldn't even attract a prime coaching candidate. Yes, they HAD tradition. But that was under Dr. Buss, Jerry West and Phil Jackson. Now they have the Buss children, who can't agree on anything (except their love of money), Kupchak and Byron Scott, a coach who had been begging for the job for so long, that they finally just had to give it to him by default.
lakers lol I am happy not to see those arrogant lakers fans anymore. I think most of them just become clippers "fans". can't wait to go to the game when the lakers play jazz in LA.
