Brother, the american 'left' by global standards would be the centre in most of the civilised world. I'm part of what is considered the far left, I grew up in a family of political refugees, was radicalised through an epidemic of drug use, gangs, hopelessness and the contempt for the deaths of my friends in my community from from the ruling conservatives party. The problem with the left is the lack of unity, left of what? Anyway i need to kip, later.
