I read it before it was deleted. Calling it a "great plan" might be overstating things a bit.

Feel free to discuss publicly. I think its interesting but sort of breaks things people love. :P Not all people love it, just many.

I was sincerely curious whether rep is srsly a headache for an administrator.
I hear people (not naming names - COLTON) whining about rep but I never hear why it's a big deal.
It's just a fun part of the site of little use but not a problem as I see it.

It hasn't been a problem recently. But we've sometimes had issues with rude or profane rep comments, feuds between individuals, people picking on newbies, etc.

I think the "Like" system has overall substantially decreased the amount that rep is used.
