Need help from fellow Jazzfanz posters!

As some of you may be aware of, I have recently been flagged for 2 violations of the Jazzfanz forum of decency....even though both infractions were of such a mild kind as to be really no infractions at all!
I have submitted an appeal to the mods of this board and am awaiting there response! Just so you know what is going down, I am posting my appeal here, hoping for further support from my constituents!


"I want all of you moderators to know...that I am officially appealing both of my infractions as ludicrous, excessive, unwarranted, and totally bogus even within the guidelines set out for the Jazzfanz forum! Furthermore, I am demanding that both infractions be stricken from the record and my good name be completely exonerated from all wrongdoing! Moderators on this forum have consistently allowed obscene language, sexual innuendo, and other perverted postings, including avatars that would disgust US Marines, let alone family oriented sports posters! You will be hearing from my lawyer shortly! Oh, by the way....my lawyer is employed by the "Johnny Cochran" firm. His name is Hezekiah Sistrunk, Jr.

...I hope your sitting down, because this is so funny and trivial that you will probably roll over laughing! One was for a thread I started indicating that Klinko was headed for Orlando, because the city was giving away free AK 47's! The other one was for a comment I made about Cousins who plays for the Kings and was rebelling against the head coach Westphal over some instructions he was given....so I said he must be having problems with "white authority figures!" It was somehow deemed "racist"!

...had I posted this thread on the Utah or NBA board, I would already have hundreds of supporters to my cause, which would force you boys to recend your ridiculous violation sanctions, along with giving me your deepest and most sincere apologies!

I got banned trying to appeal a warning. You won't get anywhere.

This has been a long standing policy on this board. Posters who use misleading thread titles and post garbage such as that in the thread receive warnings. More than one poster has been banned for doing this repeatedly.

....I'm appealing a supposed violation that is as bogus as the day is long and at the very least open to someone's personal interpretation, someone who, in all probability, has an axe to grind with me!
