I think we used to have the options to change certain colors of the interface of the desktop site before like this one here:

Now we seem to be missing the options to change them.

This led me to think, there used to be user created optional skins for various Web2 sites before when social media thing was new, users could just create skins and add to the list so that people can pick up whatever they want from the list to use the site with.

I'm not sure if many are using the desktop site like me still, but I just wanted to ask if vBulletin allows Admins to add a feature to allow their users to create and upload some custom skins/themes to use the site with.

I stopped maintaining multiple skins because of the work involved. User-created though? I'll have to look.
