I have been a huge Jazz fan for over 20 years and I just wanted to share a song I completed in celebration of the 5 game come from behind win streak. The sky is the limit for the Jazz so I felt inspired to share this instrumental with our community. I think it would be really cool to see some one post some Jazz highlights to my song titled Horizon: https://cosmofrequency.bandcamp.com/

Here is an update nearly 3 years later from this orginal post:

I started this post almost 3 years ago when I first started this album with my song "Horizon" I have completed the album and will be releasing it about the time the Jazz season starts. Check out the songs Chillaxin and Mt. Emotion (part one) Mt. Emotion (part two). If any one would be interested this season in using these songs in some Jazz highlight videos let me know. Edited to add: Just sounds like music that would be played for some special olympics montage. Just sayin'. Bro. Go Jazz!!!

Just like the Jazz, it started off pretty slow and I almost turned it off. But I was loyal and decided to stick with it and sure enough, the tempo increased and built towards a nice finish.

agree for the most part with this assessment, but it sounds a little too much like generic movie or television show theme music to me

and plus rep to the OP for being the first ever to actually make a Jazz MUSIC post where there's at least an attempt to relate it to Utah Jazz BASKETBALL

though I'm not 100% convinced you made this little tune to commemorate the great "come from behind" finishes in the last five games, it makes a good story, and you're smart enough to realize that if you didn't say that, your post would've been flagged as spam

well, I was wrong anyhow - I thought this was someone who joined the board just to post music, we occasionally get folks who mistakenly think this is a jazz music forum - but it seems the OP had made other basketball related posts prior to this one, so I was wrong to think he joined just to post his song!

Ok, so I gave the music another try. I rubbed one out to a Julia Ann video while the music played in the background. Ok, needless to say, it was epic!!!! EPIC!!!1!!1111
 
I just remembered this thread and wanted to bump it in hopes that others would submit some of their own jazz-inspired music.
