I'm a few hours into the audiobook which is read by Chelsea Manning. It's been an extraordinarily emotional experience for me with the duel perspective of a military recruit, which I can easily identify with and a transgender person which helps me better understand my daughter's perspective. To have these experiences merged has been somewhat overwhelming for me tbpfhwy.
Anyway, anyone who thinks this might be interesting I highly encourage you to check it out. Chelsea Manning is very articulate and clear minded in this memoir.
