Here's some stuff to demo what news actually is. I'm not a journalist, don't do my own critical investigations of anything, really, but I know what matters and how it will affect you and the world soon enough. When I find real news, I'll bring it here.....

WESTINGHOUSE: New Lease on Life

I like Westinghouse. I have a number of old TV production DVDs with wonderful patriotic themes..... has been down and out (almost) declaring bankruptcy and stuff. As American as Apple Pie, owned by the Japanese. In the nuclear power plant business, hard hit by the dumbass Brit/Am globalization cartels' basic philosophy to flush technology down the ******** and return mankind to the way we were before we had the wheel, or fire. So the elites can do little trophy expeditions into the vast dehumanized preserves collecting trophies or whatnot. At any rate, that's my take on Prince Phillip's and Bill Gates' Malthusian delusions and megalomaniacal management plans to reduce population growth.... but I digress.....

During Trump's visit to China, Westinghouse and the Chinese government announced plans to build 6 nuclear power plants. The deal will bring Westinghouse back to profitability.

Let's get this straight. I'm not against globalism or international cooperation under good terms. My venom for the generation of global leaders that I hope is falling into the dustbin of history.... including Bill Gates and a bunch of other megabillionaires....is actually directed at their principles (lack thereof) and ideas(stupid).

British geopolitical theory is way outta date. BRICA is the future of planetary prosperity. Brazil, Russia, India, China, Argentina..... and a bunch of other countries.....are not burying their heads in the sand and turning away from technology and development.

So nuclear power will be developed elsewhere and if the US is afraid of it, chicken-little style, we'll become the backwater little economy.... well, no doubt we could export oil and gas for a few coppers. And sure we glassify our southwest desert wonderlands with solar sheets and just fry the migrating birds or whatnot. And sure wind turbine forests could be sorta mesmerizing in their own charming way, generating enough power to build another turbine in five or six years.....reducing Aluminum with coal electric plants and such.....

But nuclear can be engineered safely, and we must do it to compete globally.

The plants in China are designed with a gravity-powered water cooling capacity if whatever happens, the plant won't melt down. Reservoir positioned overhead. No failure-prone delivery pipes. If they break in a war bombing event or an earthquake, the water will just cover the piles. If all other systems fail, here is one that simply will work.

Nuclear power with multiple safety systems covering every possible mode of failure.

Disposal of the nuclear wastes will be done in plastic/glass balls about the size of semi trailer.... easily transported, unbreakable balls that will last for hundreds of thousands of years. Put them in a big reservoir and collect the heat as a first stage in multiple-stage flash distillation desalinization plants.

The Russians are the leaders worldwide in nuclear resources. Building nuclear power plants almost everywhere.... Putin is no dummy. He really took our stupid spinster Hillary on the Uranium deal.... we are soooooo stupid to let sleazy politicians get away with giving our resources away for political payola and nothing for us.

Another thing Putin knows.... AI is more important militarily than nukes..... says whoever wins the tech race for AI will run the world in a new age.

For your information, though it's not really supposed to noised about..... Reagan took the nukes to the status of flintlock rifles clear back in the 1980s. We need to put some more ships on the seas with the technical capacities it takes, but there is no reason to fear nuke attacks anymore. Well, except for the satchel bombs some terrorists might deploy at WalMart.

So anyway, it's time to stop reacting to obnoxiously ignorant reporting on CNN and such.... Pretty sure the Russians will take down any nuke Trump could fire, too.

well, sure my prose is florid and provocative, and for sure really off the cuff and rambling..... just posing a sort of context for the actual news here:

And, from my email..... and from EIRNS, the LaRouche people....

In 2006, Japan's Toshiba Corp. bought Westinghouse Electric. On March 29, 2017, Westinghouse Electric filed for bankruptcy, stemming from huge losses in its domestic U.S.

nuclear projects. Toshiba is seeking to sell Westinghouse Electric. Westinghouse Electric has stated that it will meet all its contracts.

The Chinese know all this. By reaffirming this deal in Beijing Nov. 9, and adding the site of two new plants in Lufeng, China would be making a financial and policy commitment to the Westinghouse Electric AP1000, which could mean contracts in other countries. This could mean the survival of the Pennsyvlania-based company, and the further development of world nuclear power.

So Trump is actively seeking to save US jobs, negotiating pretty huge deals, and such. I think this is an epic success story.

While so many Americans are fixated on stupid little moral dramas......wondering whether mankind can ever become decent enough to reach some kind of politically-correct Nirvana/social justice utopia.... Trump is working on real problems, and winning some points for America and Americans.
