Serious problem with jazzfanz app

A week or so ago I had to change my jazzfanz password. I guess the site makes you change passwords every year. Anyway, ever since then the jazzfanz app (android) has not functioned. It just says "invalid password, attempt xx of 5" (or something like that) when I try to start the app. And there is no option for me to change my password. So the app is completely nonfunctional for me now. Don't know what to do.

I've reported this to our app provider as this happened to me too. I'm sure they think I'm crazy but the only workaround is to delete/uninstall the app and then download it again. Sorry colton.

I get around this by not using the app. Don't care for it. More comfortable in basic IE.

Go to your Samsung App Store and DL from there. Should solve it.

Yeah, upgraded the app recently and was afraid of that. I'll look into support for old OS versions asap.
