Serious question: do you crush it or kill it?

This thread has been pleasantly surprising.

I typically kill it.
 
In response to the lizard, I would have grabbed cardboard or a box and relocated the lizard outdoors.
I only kill flies, bugs, and spiders.
The cats take care of the mice, ;) and my husband takes care of the rest.

Killing a calf with a hammer, that's brutal. :( a quick gun shot to the head would have been better. Although was it not given antibiotics or anything? Scours are usually not a death sentence.
 
Anti-biotics are evil. It's much better to let animals die. And you should eat some black angus...you'll never go back to that Holstein.

This was 25 years ago in rural Idaho, and I was 15 years old. Which of those factors makes you think intelligent thought contributed to the situation? :)

Oh, if we're talking about eating the meat, for sure I want a beef cow.
We own a dairy so I had to give you a hard time. :)

At that age you had an over abundance of baby batter on the brain. No way you could have made a rational choice. Let it go. You've tortured yourself long enough.
