show page numbers at top of thread

@Jason - The page numbers like these don't show up at the tops of threads when I use the website on my Android phone, mobile site. They only show up at the bottoms of threads.

In Chrome on a PC, I don't even see the thread title once I have opened the page.

Same. Although the first part of the thread title is visible in the tab at the top of the Chrome window.
