Song suggestions for Karl Malone mix?

I did a mailman mix a couple years back but I didn't have access to the amount of highlights like i do now(it was primarily a dunk mix) but now i'm planning a true mailman mix that is shows everything he brought to the table.I just need a kick *** track to put the highlights to. Any suggestions are welcome.
 
Something by The Meters would be appropriate, I'd think...Being from Louisiana and all.
 
On second thought, they'd be more appropriate if Karl had played a decade earlier.
 
Depending which highlights you use, i think something pretty sweet could be done with Disturbed, Down with the sickness.

In my honest opinion, Id say choose something a bit retro to complement his legacy from the 80s-the 90s, and something that best resembled him as a player. Whether you interpret this as choosing a song like "Kickstart my Heart" from Motley Crue, or maybe something a bit more blues-ey, Id say stay from songs a la Down with the Sickness, as well as Rage songs.

Seriously though, after what he did to Zeke in that one game, only a song like Chin Check by NWA fits.

I just youtubed "The Mail Man" and this song by a rapper called E-40 popped up. It's explicit, so I won't post it, I guess you can't use it because of it, but it exist.
 
Prodigy, I have a request. If you ever get really really bored, do a "Getting Owned" Highlight (more like Lowlight) reel of Boozer. Just put clips of him getting dunked on, frozen on d, missing dunks,etc.

Thought some 80-90's work out music would be appropriate but I don't know any jazzy techno songs. Also rap may not really fit Malone but Onxy song Slam would be appropriate (if not already over used) for a dunk video.

And yes Darkwing that highlight vid is very very well timed and put together.
 
I agree with something vintage. What came to my mind at first was Ice Cube's It Was A Good Day.

Steely Dan's Reelin In The Years could work too.
