Not sure if it's been brought up but in the other thread about members being banned, it reads: "Trout used an alt. Fifth infraction. Permanent/6-Month Ban."

Jason has a policy that after six months a person who has been "permanently" banned can apply for reinstatement. Sometimes he grants it.
I like it. Permanent seems like forever.
