So I found it in virtually every language... Mandarin, Japanese, Korean.

all kinds of unofficial versions with babes being bounced and kids dancing.

hello Marxists! We have achieved proletarianism culturally, now all we need to do is nuke the politicians.

It's a catchy song to boot.

I'm pretty terrible. I have a certain kind of deafness for song lyrics. I've "heard" that song several times. Until I just watched the video with the lyrics spelled out I had no idea what it said other than the chorus "Something Just Like This." And it's a song I like.

Anyway, thanks.

Same here, I was exactly the same. Catchy song but didn't know what the lyrics were until I watched that MV on TV. It has a really nice/simple meaning.

I do know this one, though...

"Wrapped up like a douche, another boner in the night"

"With a boner on my shoulder feeling kind of honer"

"and little early burley get my **** (aye-nus) curly wurly and asked me if I needed a ride"

Wait wait wait....you're a man?

Yeah many people thinks I'm still in my teens... not stressing over things is the secret to my youthful look.

I was referring to gender actually, but we can go with that.

What the Fox Say is an internet classic. Love that song.

It makes me think of when my kids were little and learning what animals say. I would ask "what does the cow say?" the kid would dutifully say "moo", then "what does the dog say", that got an enthusiastic "ruff ruff", then after a bit I would hit them with "what does the turtle say", to which they would attempt something then just stare at me totally confused, then "what does the giraffe say", and the confusion got deeper. About then the wife would yell at me to stop messing with the kids' heads. Fun times.

I've always seen that gummy bear song as prime example of how easy it could be to make an *** load of money on youtube if you had the skills. My kids watched that so many times. What does the fox say was also their school song one year. We'd go to school awards functions and they'd play it. SMH.

Pretty sure the little artists who did the work on that were paid practically zilch. But not the ad execs in the glass skyscrapers or the marketing team at the candy company.

It's more amazing to me that a modern ad campaign in the 21st Century marketing sugar, water, and dyes set up in cows' hooves can make that much money off something that had to have been invented in 1452.
