The Nets just signed Sundiata Gaines to a 10-day contract. I love Deron and also hope the Nets lose out for Utah's sake, but it would be funny if Deron tweaked his wrist and Sundiata came in and got NJ their first win since the trade. (It would be funnier if Gaines would hit the game-winning shot but I'm worried Deron might commit suicide if that happened).

Chicago's got Boozer, Korver and Brewer. Now NJ's got DWill, Humphries and Sundiata. Maybe Jeffers will be next.

I don't want Deron to hurt his wrist, but I do want Gaines to be successful. Maybe Deron put the word in for him?

Gaines was brought in because Jordan Farmar is injured and will miss a few games, Deron apparently was surprised to see his name on the depth chart

It's a shame NJ doesn't have any games left against Miami. Now that would be funny if Gaines hit the winning shot against LeBron. NJ does play at Cleveland in a few weeks, but that's just not the same.
