Lol. I've said many times that there are many legitimate things to criticize Trump about. I didn't read the entire article, but it appears to be a good example of legitimate faults.

It's been interesting to me how vehemently Trump haters have reacted to me for challenging certain statements (which I see as unsubstantiated and indefensible) about him. Amazingly, even the haters have acknowledged that these statements are unsubstantiated and indefensible. If you don't believe it, look at the conversation GF and I had about his willingness to work. These people seem to despise Trump so much that they don't care whether something said about him is true or not, all that matters to them is that it's negative.

Even this post seems to be defending trump against his haters in a round a bout way lol.

I think Trump is a horrible candidate. IMO he was clearly the worst candidate that a major party has nominated in my lifetime, but his record of being clearly the worst only lasted for seven days because a week after he was chosen the Dems picked Hillary.

If her email was hacked, and if Wikileaks now has the documents, and if it turns out that the deleted emails contain the sort of info I have believe they do, it's going to become obvious to everyone willing to pull their head out of the sand that she has criminal liability.

The Clinton corruption is so obvious and there are so many examples. Just look at the Phoenix meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch. Are there really people out there who believe that Bill delayed his departure from Phoenix and that Lynch risked her ethics and reputation because they wanted to discuss their grandchildren and golf? Give me a break. Anyone with the tiniest shred of common sense knows what topic they were really discussing on that plane.

I agree. And what's messed up is how cavalier they are with their e-mails, fundraising, clandestine(or not) meetings, etc. It's like they have gotten so used to doing whatever the hell they want that they don't even recognize how wrong it is.

But I'll take corrupt over crazy any day. With Clinton you know what you're getting and with Trump you don't. Trump is kind of like a homeless person with psychological issues, you want to be able to trust them but you are scared ****less that they might pull out a knife at any moment and stab you.

Good first paragraph.

Agreed.
I haven't even defended hillary

I don't know whether Trump would make a horrible President or not. No one does because there's no empirical evidence that exists to prove it one way or the other.
What would be sad if he were elected is all the deplorable (not to mention stupid) things he's said to people and "we the people" elect him to the highest office in the world.

I don't know whether Hillary would make a horrible President or not. No one does because, like Trump, she's never been the President before.
What would be sad if she were elected is all the scandals, lies, and cover ups she's been involved in and yet "we the people" elect her to the highest office in the world.

It's not republican vs. democrat for me, in the least.

It's blowhard *** vs. career politician/selfish opportunist.

Mostly true. The only thing you know about Trump, is his mood is going to effect his policy. On a national leadership stage, this is just as dangerous than the ******* love child of Vladamir Putin and Bashar-al Assad. Given it's US leadership at stake, it's far, far, far more dangerous.

And no, that's not to say Hillary is any better.

And I haven't defended Trump. If Hillary haters said that she would probably quit the job once she discovered that it involved work, or that her daughter was a douche but no evidence needed to be provided, that would have bothered me just as much as when those exact same claims were made about Trump. There is so much bad about both of these candidates, it just makes people look unreasonable to make up different bad things that probably aren't true.

Let's all agree to vote Gary Johnson or something?

The right likes to claim that Barrack Obama is a divider. But if you put Johnson in the white house I'm pretty sure even Bill O'Reilly will sing Obama praises.

750 vetoes as governor
0 effort to work with the people's voted representatives
Claims to have balanced budget whilst doubling his states debt
In 2012 he flip flopped from R to L mid run
Still has $2M outstanding debt from 2012 run(while running on balanced budget ticket, mind you)

I'm pretty sure Ugli would be a better candidate than Johnson.

I met a guy who knows him well from years ago. They were ski instructors together in Taos. He wasn't impressed.

Just to be clear, when I referenced Trump's children being douchebags it was based on stories that I had heard and read about them. They went to school with and worked in town(Aspen) with people I know. It is common knowledge among many that Don Jr. was an arrogant douche and he had troubles in college and when he lived in Aspen. Maybe he has changed though. And hey, divorces are hard on kids especially during their formative years.

At least you provided a microscopic shred of evidence this time. Still seems like an extremely low blow.

Quote what I said about his willingness to work.

I said something like, "If Trump gets elected he might quit once he realizes there's work involved."

It has given you so much fuel.

Did I say "Trump is a lazy guy who has never worked hard."? No, no I didn't, so stop mentioning it several times a day as if that's what I said.

Trump is in charge of his business. Trump is in control of his schedule. Trump can decide to do business or not do business with whomever he wants. Trump works on his own terms.

The President of the United States has NONE of that control. They have to "work" with congress and the senate. They have to "work" to achieve a compromise. That's "work" I don't see Trump being very good at. It's not about hours or effort, it's about his personality and that I don't think it's a good fit for a President.

But I'm sorry... I made a comment that required nuance to fully understand and all you need is good old common sense. It really wasn't very nice of me.
