Trump is impressed by CBP agent's ability to speak English

Trump was honoring CBP (Customs and Border Protection) and ICE agents. He kept calling the CBP the CBC... and when calling a person up who is credited with saving 78 lives, he made the comment "...Speaks perfect English..."

I'm sure it's just because Trump is surprised anyone can speak well... since he can't.

All CBP officers must speak English.
