What do you guys think about Josh Childress?

He's a 6'8 G/F that is a Sloan type that is very smart with above average ball handling and a knack for crashing the boards for offensive rebounds. He could possibly replace maybe what ak brought. Just getting your opinions.

His strengths:
pretty good perimeter defender
above average athleticism
finishes well around the basket
handles ball well
strong offensive rebounder
high bball IQ

His weaknesses:
poor perimeter shot
lacks strength

I like Childress as a role player. But he is still a restricted free agent he would take the entire MLE. I think we are still hoping to find some kind of size.
