brown is out of the question now. probably ronnie brewer
 
I think even the Ronnie Brewer's and Anthony Tolliver's are out of the question.
I expect Fesenko, Gaines, Evans, Davidson depending on Okur's availability in November and maybe someone like a Paul Harris.
 
I'm going to pray tonight that Ronnie Brewer is offered what is left of the MLE. Then, make Fess sign his QO.
 
We should sign Jamal Tinsley. Better than price at shooting and is still a decent defender. And he is more pass first than Price.

Options at SG:

Stephen Graham: Not Joey. Joey is not as good of a 3 point shooter and is not as good of a defender. Draft Express also says something similar to my opinion.

Sasha Pavlovic: He knows the system already. He is a decent 3 ball shooter and he is a decent defender. We will need a 5th wing with injuries and Hayward being uncertain.

Rodney Carney: Way Athletic. Read on draft express that he excels more with catch and shoot. Which is all he would do here. And he has all the physical tools to be a good defender. Just needs a little coaching.

Antoine Wright: Similar to Carney. He is better at catch and shooting rather than creating his own shot. Guys like this excel in the Jazz system. The become more efficient here. He is also known as a defender.

All these guys can probably had for 1 million. If they want more than 1.5 Million than let them go. But I think we could use one of these guys. Stephen Graham is my personal favorite.

By the way these are realistic options. Anybody who thinks we will get Mason or Brown or Barnes or Brewer are insane. No way that happens.

I assume that Raja's 3 million per came out of the mid-level exception, so there is about 2.8 million left. While I would like to see Roger Mason or Shannon Brown on the team, I think the Jazz should go big: Anthony Tolliver or Earl Barron. Personally, I would go for Earl. He only played 7 games last season, all for the Knicks, but he surprised many, including the Knicks and anyone into fantasy basketball. He averaged 11 points and 11 rebounds in 33 minutes, and is 7', 250. He is not a complete fluke, though, as two seasons ago, he averaged 7/4 in under 20 minutes a game for Miami. He is not a shotblocker, but with 2.8m remaining, I would sign him for 3 years/ $9million in a heartbeat.

Honestly the most realistic option at this point is that we sign Paul Harris from our summer league team.
 
Sign Evans our second round pick
Sign Fesenko
Sign Tinsley (Vet Minimum)
Sign Stephen Graham (800,000 per year)

D-Will - Tinsley - Price
Bell - Miles - Graham
AK - Miles - Hayward
Millsap - AK - Evans
Jefferson - Okur - Fesenko

Keep it simple don't spend tons of money for guys who won't play much.

Evans I don't believe is guaranteed but is signed.
Jeffers the same.
Gaines the same.
Fesenko is currently an RFA.

That's 13. I'd imagine that's the roster, unless Fesenko gets a big offer somewhere and the Jazz go elsewhere. If the Jazz were to sign another player, I'd prefer it to be a PG and then cut ties with Gaines.

Yes, but i'm greedy and I want us to sign Ronnie Brewer AND a vet PG who can run a team.

I think they're done outside of the players already in our 'camp'.
