Woman Sues CVS over Racial Slur

For those who can't read more than a sentence or two (Hack), a woman of Korean descent picked up her photos from a CVS and the name on the receipt had been changed to Ching Chong Lee. The woman doesn't think she got enough of a response/apology from CVS and is suing them for $1 million. So it's obviously bad of the CVS employee to do that, but I don't think CVS should have to pay her $1 million (or whatever this likely gets settled for) either.

I think,technically, it should be "there has to be..." not "there has got to be" - "have got" is sort of redundant, isn't it?
(that question might be better answered in the "Ask an atheist" or "Ask a moron" thread...)
