Someone noticed some dudes with hats at the Boston Marathon Firecracker event. I don't know anything about it, but they said they had the Navy Seal hats and T-shirts on, and there were a bunch of them on the scene moments before the Boston Maraton Firecracker "explosion". There were about twenty, and they were all carrying some standard pack of something. . . . They were walking around looking at everyone, forming a cordon around the spot where the "blast" was about to happen. . . .
In my first few minutes of watching videos online, put out by a recruiter office for the SEALS, there was brag about the mission including anti-terrorism assignments. . . . so there is a unit or two that does training mock-ups of a terrorism "event". . . . .
The question, then, would become the issue of how to recognize genuine SEALS vs. the obvious conspiratorial possibilities such as movie actors imitating them, or any number of other remote possibilities, including say a college track team dressed up to look like SEALS while performing routine event security/crowd management for a marathon event finish line sitch. Or, say, a local chess club having an outing for a lark, wanting to look cool. . . .
