I just cannot pull myself to root for a team with JR Smith on it. Not a GSW fan at all so bleh.

You seem to completely ignore the fact that this years Warriors are way better then last years Warriors. How about we look at regular season meetings where GSW beat Cavs by total of 41 points with both Love and Irwing playing. A little preview of what's to come.
 
Both teams are lethal from 3; when either team catches fire from 3 they're unbeatable. But I think Cleveland is the better team when the 3 ball isn't falling. They blew teams out in the postseason with the 3 and without it. GS is completely reliant on the 3; if it's not falling from distance in any given game against an elite team, they most likely lose.

Every time the Warriors have trailed in a series it's been because they get pounded down low. The Cavs have to dominate the boards to win this series. They can do it with LeBron, Love, and Thompson--that's a potentially elite rebounding unit.

GS just seems like the more resilient team overall, though. I think they're the better defensive team, too.

I'm gonna hold off on my official prediction for now, but I do like Cleveland's combination of 3 point shooting and rebounding. I think this is the first team GS has faced that could destroy them on the glass AND out shoot them from 3.

This year's Cavs are way better than last year's. Don't ignore it. Last year they didn't have love, irving, or frye and I think shumpert might have been out.

I do remember lebron killing everybody that golden state threw at him and delladova smothering curry though.
 
Both teams are really really good (that's why they are in the finals me thinks).

Either team could win the series. I think the warriors are the favorites and that's who I pick to win the series. Won't be easy for either team though.

JR Smith is going to get TORCHED by Klay. Kyrie is going to get TORCHED by Steph. Lebron can be guarded by Draymond. Barnes can cover Frye and/or Love.

They got lots of length, and multiple covers. Iggy can guard Lebron if they wanna move Draymond to Love.

I'm in your corner all the way on this one! There just is NO ANSWER, NO DEFENSE to contain Curry and Thompson, while GS DOES have an answer to the Cav's offense, plain and simple! No matter how close you try to play Curry or Thompson, they just drop back another step....and NAIL another 3 pointer! Lebron can be slowed down with great effort and the Warriors have 2 maybe 3 guys that can take turns doing it. The Cav's have NO defense to keep Curry and Thompson under control, case closed! I'm just flabbergasted at the ability of those two to force shots, get off shots and MAKE those shots, on a more than consistent basis! There uncanny,("Uncanny definition:having or seeming to have a supernatural or inexplicable basis; beyond the ordinary or normal; extraordinary).....both of them! I'm old school, but I don't think Reggie Miller and Ray Allen, in their PRIME, could shoot as good as Curry and Thompson do...and that's just the plain facts of the matter! Plus, Cleveland can sometimes commit unforced turnovers, not in a large bunch, but enough to give the Warriors more shots at 3 point range, where they are DEADLY! Bottom line: Warriors Offense AND Defense are both better than the Cav's Offense and Defense!

You mean how thompson shot 7-19 for 21 points and curry shot 13-24 for 36 points last night?
