Which team would win in a 7-game series?

Spy is fortunate JTT did him a huge favor, I really don't like a lot of his team.

Deron Williams, Isaiah Thomas, Rashard Lewis, LaMarcus Aldridge??? meh.

Spy.

Spy had the #1 pick and took MJ.

JTT proceeded to trade #4 and #125 to him for #32 and #33.

DAAAANNNNNGGGGG. In true Daniel Plainview fashion he gave him quail prices for a ****ing oil field of the 4th pick. He drank your milkshake, he drank it up!

What was the trade?

I think this would be a pretty fun series, but Akeem and MJ would prove to be too much

After the trade JustTheTip (Hantlers) was left with these picks: #29, #32, #33, #36

The question is: Would someone with an average/good mental capacity with an average/good basketball knowledge (who is not mentally disable) think that a team with the #29, #32, #33 and #36 in the All Time draft be able to beat a team that has Michael Jordan and Hakeem Olajuwon in the starting lineup?

To me the answer is 'No'. Nobody with average/good mental capacity and basketball knowledge would think that a team with the best player being the #29 pick would be able to beat a team with Hakeem and MJ.

Then you've gotta ask what other motives does JTT have in trading with Spy? Did he really not know that he couldn't beat an MJ/Hakeem combo with the #29 pick being his best player? Or does he have another motive for making the trade? (i.e., messing up the draft, wanting Spycam to win, pissing people off, pissing White Chocolate off, etc).

The worst part is he did it after #5 was traded for a better deal than his.

TJF traded #5, #92, and #101 to Ellis for #19, #46, and #51.

That is obviously a much better deal and should have set the standard but JTT isn't the brightest. His excuse was he's traded with Spy for years and thought he would give him fair value.

Way too late now, and I honestly don't really care but the voting is a waste of time.

I always struggle with how much emphasis to give reserves in these things. Spy's rotation sucks after those two transcendent players (as it should - cost of the trade).

To be honest this competition has been a waste of time ever since that trade went through.

I have the team that can beat Spy!

He's weak at PG/SF/PF and I have a top-25 player ever at each of those positions.

Go vote for me and we can take down Spy and save the completion.

OL has the obvious better overall team and fit but because Spy has MJ/Hakeem people automatically vote for him.

Who ended up being 32, 33, and 125?

I would like to see how the trade looks with actual players involved.

Spy deserves to win for the write up alone.

Are you kidding me? The yellow-on-white is a massive design flaw. Not to mention the whole thing is just cluttered, and looks like an Angelfire page.

ONE LOVE did a much better and more thoughtful writeup. He didn't just say, "My team is better because duh."

Thanks to those that voted for me, it's a pity we couldn't get a fair match because of that lopsided trade.

Oh well, let's hope this experience leads to a better tournament next year.

It's a pity how many times you've won because of lopsided votes.

You know what's funny? After all these years of random lurkers coming out of the woodworks to vote, this year we didn't have any. Funny how that happens after everybody accuses you of it. Not too subtle Triple K.
