It’s clear this team is no longer hungry, they got off to a good start, got comfortable, lost focus, and became complacent. Right now this team doesn’t want it, they aren’t looking to prove the sleepers wrong, maybe they thought they accomplished that already because we were in the 7th seed? I don’t know. They need to want it! They need to find that hunger! Hopefully this losing streak wakes them up. They probably needed this humbling stretch as well. Better to have happen at this point in the season then later

Has been one of the consistent factors in this losing streak. He has regressed dramatically since the first month of the season. I realize the competition has been better lately but still Karl looks slow, lazy, and obviously saving himself for offense at times.

It’s been a nice couple of weeks for Minnesota sports. The Gophers get taken to the woodshed by the hated Badgers, the Wolves in free fall. Lucy just keeps pulling the football away and I keep coming back for more.

There really might not be a solution for this franchise. That building, ownership, staff, floor, locker room, water, jerseys, name is cursed. There really isn’t a point anymore. I feel bad for everyone playing on that team, that deserves better.
Kat will leave sooner than later. This organization might as well relocate. Maybe if we're lucky we'll get an expansion team in 15-20 years.

Surely at some point the coach has to be looked at, favourite son or not, next the underperforming roster in which NO ONE should be safe from being traded - third - the front office - which is suppose to lead us back to the Playoffs with their bold moves and savvy ...I don’t know everything but I do know one thing - SOMETHING has got to CHANGE and FAST!!!!!

It’s hard to know who is on the floor and I’m a season ticket holder who goes to games. I’d imagine it’s tough to build chemistry when the lineups are always changing. The Timberwolves are constantly pointing out who they are guarding when they sub in (nice) but the other team seems to know without the obvious pointing. And they defend like they know too. Is this a defense issue? An offense issue? it seems like the other teams are grown men and the Timberwolves are young kids. It’s likely true to a point, maybe it will get better after another ten games?
Donovan Mitchell played the late third and early fourth with his jersey untucked. Huh? KAT was not good in this game. Even his complaining seemed half-hearted.

Cannot stand watching KAT throw a fit when things don’t go his way every single night. If he’s not hitting 3s he looks disinterested in every other facet of the game.
Really don't even know what to say. Feels like we are kind of at a breaking point right now. We are being beaten physically/out-muscled by every team, we are playing lower IQ bball than every team... I don't know. Nobody is playing smart defense, our offense has not been particularly inspiring, and our shot selection has been horrible. Everyone from RoCo to KAT and everyone else is just jacking up ******** shots. If we aren't getting bodied by the opposing team's superstar, we are making random bench players look like all-stars.
I think part of the problem is there isn't a big swingin dick out there right now. Often, someone... Usually KAT but sometimes Roco or Wigs, is playing like they're an alpha and like they're a bad ************, and everyone feeds off of that. Right now they all look ****ing neutered.
Neither Wiggins or KAT have been particularly impactful, and I hate to say it, but right now Kat looks only looks like a run of the mill franchise player the last few weeks. Hasn't been good on defense, hasn't been particularly impactful or present in the paint, hasn't had great shot selection. Feels like if he's not dominating from 3 he's really not much more than an average center right now. And I know he's filling the stat sheet and I know I'm gonna get about 5 comments saying some ******** about how Teague and co can't get him the ball. I get it bro, we are all watching TWolves basketball, you're not seeing anything the rest of us also don't notice. Taking that into consideration, I still maintain what I said. Lately, when I watch KAT, it doesn't feel like I'm watching one of the transcendent players in the league.
You go watch Giannis or Embiid or AD or even old KAT games and come back and tell me KAT of the last few weeks can do the same thing. You watch those guys, and they can go out and dominate both ends for 32+ minutes. Right now it feels like KAT can do about 15. We're trynna build around KAT but it feels like he's been basically relegated (both through his own actions and through scheme) to a glorified 7 ft sniper, when we all know he's a monster in the paint and can be an above average rim protector.
Obviously there's plenty of blame to go around, I mean for the most part the last few weeks, Okogie, Culver, Teague, Dieng and everyone else have been putrid on offense. But the buck stops with Andrew and particularly KAT. Neither of them are playing dominant basketball right now.
Gobert is the best player while Donovan is the leader and heart of the team.
Had to watch the Jazz stream tonight and they had a comment about how a lot of our guys take shots just to take them because they haven't gotten the ball in a while instead of moving the ball, and that ends up messing up our offense... Combine that with KAT not getting the ball in good spots/not making the effort and the offense looks so bad for stretches

This game had me thinking if we had a Quin Snyder we'd be good-to-great team too. The takes on our roster being trash are so overblown. This Utah team couldn't hit the broadside of a barn, yet they just put 120 on us. Everything starts with defense, and we have a ton of capable defenders ourselves. This is the NBA, it's an effort league. It's time to start questioning Saunders. From 10-8 to this is unacceptable.

Obviously there's plenty of blame to go around, I mean for the most part the last few weeks, Okogie, Culver, Teague, Dieng and everyone else have been putrid on offense. But the buck stops with Andrew and particularly KAT. Neither of them are playing dominant basketball right now.
Gobert is the best player while Donovan is the leader and heart of the team.
Had to watch the Jazz stream tonight and they had a comment about how a lot of our guys take shots just to take them because they haven't gotten the ball in a while instead of moving the ball, and that ends up messing up our offense... Combine that with KAT not getting the ball in good spots/not making the effort and the offense looks so bad for stretches

This game had me thinking if we had a Quin Snyder we'd be good-to-great team too. The takes on our roster being trash are so overblown. This Utah team couldn't hit the broadside of a barn, yet they just put 120 on us. Everything starts with defense, and we have a ton of capable defenders ourselves. This is the NBA, it's an effort league. It's time to start questioning Saunders. From 10-8 to this is unacceptable.
