Haha, thats more my style in the USA. Chinese dont really mix drinks and baijiu is much stronger, its 60% clear alcohol with a distinct taste that you cant mix it with anything.
So you drink 2 then don't notice anything else the rest of the night!

You get the Chinese vaccine?
Yeah, I was hoping to get a different one but there is a lot of complications with that. Basically I think China will do a vaccine passport with their own soon and I really want to get home for a bit. Plus most of the western ones give a false positive on one type of test China requires so that would really **** me.

I have been learning but slowly. I speak pretty good Chinese at the bar, but other than that more basic level. I can say a lot of single words and some basic sentences, but more than that I struggle. I traveled a lot with a translator or my girlfriend so I wasnt forced to talk as much early. Plus a lot of areas I lived in didnt speak Mandarin but their own local dialect.
You know even though I speak German, moving there to work was a different animal. The business version of a language is almost like another language itself. But boy living there and needing to do everything in German gave me a tremendously huge respect for all the people I work with that are doing so here. It's really hard.

This series is going to serve the jazz well the rest of the way

As long as Brooks doesn’t destroy someone’s ankle while heading out the door to summer vacation. I don’t know why he and his coach bitch over literally the easiest call to make in basketball. I get concerning over moving screens. They’re like passing interference in football. It’s really subjective. Especially when players like wes matthews flop all over. I swear he draws at least two moving screen calls a game. But undercutting players shooting 3s is just so obvious and a no brainer. There’s very little subjectivity. Every single call has been right. today’s challenge wasn’t even close. You’d think brooks would eventually learn how to close out under control? Especially the way Mitchell was shooting the long ball tonight, no need to be overly aggressive.

If our guys were doing that same ****, I’d hope they’d call us every damn time. No one wants to see an ankle busted. I’ll never forget what d rose did you dwill. I kinda feel like that was the beginning of the end of the dwill/Utah marriage. He was never the same player for us after that. It got the season off to a rotten start. Over what? A stupid 3 point shot

No one should do that to a vulnerable shooter. Unless it’s harden or Durant. Blow up their ankles. **** the Nets

The Chinese one is a clone of the Russian one innit? supposed to be 90 percent effective.

Man... Morant is averaging over 40 mpg in this series. Gobert is averaging 32 and Mitchell is averaging 30 (and also missed a game).

I wonder if next series we start playing Gobert and Mitchell 40 minutes. Kawhi/PG are both already playing 40 mpg in Round 1.
Interesting thing to watch.

No, its their own. Its the old vaccine style that is basically the dead virus. The reason I wanted to wait is its not very effective at around 60% and is much worse against the variants.

with you on that. Draymond in his prime is behind those three.
Draymond is in his own category. Most versatile or complete defensive player? Yeah, I'd give that to Dray. But that doesn't change the mathematical reality of what Gobert does to the game, and unlike Dray, he hasn't burned himself out doing so.

Haha, pretty much. No they always drink small shots of it and spread it out but drink a lot while eating for like 3-4 hours at a bbq place or hotpot.
I don't know why but it kind of made me think of the Germans and Jaeger. Many of them literally think of it as medicinal. I knew more than a few Mormons even who had a bottle of Jaeger and even offered me some as a missionary when I had a really bad cold. Happened when we lived there in 2015 as well. The cultural drinking (and eating) differences are interesting for sure.

Its a different era but I think Rodman was just as versatile and better.
