No idea really. Seems like a made up name tbh.

I do think you have the following tea leaves for disagreements for DL and Quin (disagreements are normal so doesn't indicate a rift):

- Dante Exum... all of it.
- The weird benching non-benching of Mike Conley day... Quin took the brunt and answered the questions DL said no comment.
- Quin not trusting many or any of the young g league guys over the last few years. Doesn't think they are good enough but DL keeps them around.

Anything else?

-Quin might see the defensive inflexibility of the roster and be grating about it.

He's kind of a genius... does things a year or two too late... overpays to do so... everyone praises him. Puts JZ and Quin in front of media instead of answering questions. Hits on a couple of picks and parlays it into years of "what an amazing GM". Will move on before getting fired and likely get another long contract with a team like Houston or Dallas. Gets all the credit and no blame.

The Jazz screwed up with Jeff Green and Ed Davis. Maybe it was late in free agency and the Jazz didn't have better options.
Mudiay and Shaq Harrison were also last-minute decisions. As 3rd point guards, maybe you don't expect much from either.
Guys like Torrey Craig and GR3 could have been pretty easy pick-ups this season. Not sure what Matt Thomas gets you.

But he might start looking at small ball. Now. Maybe.

I would guess that Quin says "WTF I have no one to turn to" and DL says "uhhhh Miye Oni is the best perimeter defender on the team and I've been saying so for over a year".

Quin "Torrey Craig was available"... DL "uhhhh I got you Matt Thomas bruh... best shooter in the world".
 
DL can’t simultaneously get heaped with credit for building this supposedly great team when it also totally collapsed in the second round and now cannot be sustained because of his consistently ghastly work on the margins.
