Hibbert is slow and lumbering just like Al. It would be too easy to run on them. There offensive games are redundant as well, both are generally iso post up players.
I recognize they are both slow, but to me it seems like Al would thrive next to Hibbert. Sure they play similar games but why should that be a disadvantage? Howard, Noah, etc. can only guard one of them. They are fine on the perimeter and attacking the rim with 3 of these 4: Collison, Hill, Granger, or George. I guess this is all opinion, but I really think Jefferson/Hibbert could do damage in the East. But I guess there would be nights in which they would both disappear and then their offense dies..
