I haven’t voted for a Utah Republican since Huntsman, until last year when I registered to vote in the primary to vote for Huntsman again. Cox has been fine, he’s better than most, as far as redistricting I think his hands were pretty much tied. This is another place where leftists aren’t good for Democrats. If you want the gerrymandering to change you can’t be so unpopular around all the districts except Salt Lake County in the state. The Democratic Party is losing the battle on things like that. You have to get the supermajority legislature down to at least a normal majority before a veto would make any difference on anything. I’ll do all I can to try and see McMullin or Edwards beat Mike Lee. If Romney runs again, I could probably vote for him in the primary because he will probably face an uphill battle within his own party at this point. The Democrats in the race against Lee should just drop out and endorse McMullin. I’m about winning, and leftists kill that ability especially locally.
