There will probably be 15 different starting lineups this year, so you could all be right.
I am pretty sure we will start this way in the regular season.
Harris
Hayward
Miles
Millsap
Jefferson
In the preseason we might see Millsap at SF some.
Harris, Hayward, Millsap, Favors and Jefferson is my prediction. I also think Evans gets more time at the 3 this year. In fact, my off the wall prediction is that Evans and Bell get roughly the same amount of minutes, off the bench.
I agree in general. But the problem is I don't see Ty wanting to play Bell and Burks alongside each other much -- too small. Additionally, any unit with Watson, Bell, Burks, and Okur/Favors/Kanter is going to struggle to score. But I do think we'll generally close halves with Harris/CJ/Hayward/Sap/Al. So it will be interesting to see how Ty plays with his chess pieces to get there. The X Factor nobody wants to hear is a Vet pickup at 3 the leading to DNP's for Burks until he gets acclimated and/or proves he's ready for a regular rotation job.
prediction (as conservervative as it gets...) :
harris
hayward - i dont know any reason to not start him
miles - only the gods know why they like him
millsap - veteran over young talent. to keep his value high for a possible trade
jefferson
what i would do (start the best players) :
harris
hayward
millsap - millsap as sf is still better than miles on the court at all
jefferson
favors
You have given out too much Reputation in the last 24 hours, try again later.
as long as al and sap are on the team, they will be the starting 4 and 5, no doubt. which is unfortunate, because i would really like to see favors get 25+ mpg this year.
i think hayward gets the start over bell.

(*- i'm still holding out hope that they'll bring AK back, but if not, CJ it is.)
Corbin asked Millsap to work at being a 3 for a reason: so he can start Favors at 4.
