As they should. Don’t think it makes sense to overspend. See what we have in George, THT, and Agbaji first. If they really hit the ground running on fairly serious minutes, we can re-evaluate things.

I dunno about giving up Olynyk , I think the 1st round pick is enough , we just need to send out some salary ie THT , and clear some bodies for the PG position

If we were to get Herro , we could also reroute Sexton somewhere else .

Just not keen on giving up on a big body like Olynyk since we missed out on Reed

Nah the picks ate kinda trash. I'd demand that they turn Herro into something I want and throw in a young player too. I'm also going to want an expiring for salary matching and not Duncan Robinson

This stuff reminds me so much of the things that happened last year with Mitchell and the Knicks. Tons and tons of leaks about what was offered and what was rejected...tons and tons of different frameworks... what was demanded and what was necessary. It's Herro and 2 1sts, no it's Herro and 3... actually it's Jaquez and Herro and two... but maybe it's 2 1st and 2 swaps...

I think the more Miami refuses to put everything they can offer in this trade the more likely it is there will be a third team that swoops in and barely beats their best(not very good) offer.

I think to a point, you're right. Value wise, that's pretty close to Dame's worth, but Porty has no use for Herro without other deals, etc. I still like the idea of Herro to Utah, but Utah would need to, at the very least, ship off Sexy or THT either in the deal or as part of another one to clear the guard glut and get George minutes.
