The FBI has a long history of entrapping/enticing/encouraging illegality leftist organization, minority organizations, etc. They have been considerably less aggressive with rightists and white people until very recently, and the Proud Boys were not quiet about what they wanted to do. It isn't my political party and I'd feel sorry if it were you and blue maga in this situation. I don't like seeing Americans called "terrorists", being stripped of their rights, prosecuted, and put in jail. I know I have more in common with blue maga folks and trumpers than I do with any of the corrupt criminal mobsters in washington.

Why are you talking parties when the issue is Trump's failed attempt at becoming a dictator and the people who aided him. They flied their stupid flags, put on cheerleading gear and dressed up like mercenaries and thought they could just take our country away from us and give it to him.

I’m not sure who they are that you are referring to, the fbi, the media, the proud boys? I don’t have any life experience or interactions with the proud boys and I don’t know their history to be honest with you so I would be skeptical of what the proud boy’s say they are.
On the same token, I do have a history and I do know I’ve unquestionably been lied to many many times by the media and by the fbi, so certainly that would also lead me to be very skeptical of what they tell me about anything- including the proud boys.
I mean we know there were a number of high ranking informants in both organizations, yet they were totally unprepared for this “planned” and “carefully orchestrated”insurrection on Jan 6th by such a dangerous and evil terrorist group? Are they totally incompetent, or stupid, are they lying? I dunno, but history would indicate more than just a few lies coming from the media and fbi. That’s just me though, I’m not the type to proudly march along and nod my head. I don’t really care to know honestly. I’m not sure what I need to know. Our country has a long history of persecuting people, even way before the fbi; Native Americans, Mormons, African Americans, pretty much every type of immigrant, and so on. I know I wouldn’t see eye to eye with the Branch Dravidian’s, the Weavers, the Bundy’s or whoever, but that doesn’t mean I think we should drive over a bunch of their kids with tanks, and burn their houses down.
