It sure seems like it’d be beneficial to have a team that can help your campaign. People that you can work with on policies that you agree on and can collaborate with. Even if you don’t see eye to eye with everyone it’s important to work together. You don’t need to jail everyone that disagrees with you on some issue. You don’t need to try and get everyone that opposes you thrown off the ballot because you’re too stupid and incompetent to have policies and a plan for the future of this country.

She’s also not the one debating Harris. Donald “master of self control” Trump is debating Harris. Does not matter how many debate coaches they toss Trump’s way. He cannot handle Harris.

Straight up. Harris is more than willing to let Trump say what he wants when he wants on the stick when they debate and that is sending all sorts of warning bells off in his camp. It's delicious.

If this were true then Harris would be debating Trump 3 times, 5 times, every day. Kamala Harris is dumb, weak, and scared. The next US President is dumb, weak, and scared. She is being hidden in hopes more Americans don't realize that.

I'll give him a MAGA-level compliment, no one is more out of touch, maybe in history, maybe ever, no one is more out of touch with reality than Donald Trump. I mean they say schizophrenics are out of touch, none of them are more out of touch than Donald Trump. Maybe ever.

The absolute worst thing about politics is both sides defending their candidate regardless of what they say or do. It’s ok to not agree with every word that comes out of their mouth.

Is this really considered “left wing” now? If so, just how far has the right shifted?

In addition, read what she said about her immigrant background and the American dream. She mentioned race I think once in her entire speech? And mentioned America over 10 times? For someone so “left wing” she sure doesn’t sound woke. She could’ve used her platform to speak about racism and sexism. She didn’t. Compare that to Trump, who’s incessantly bitching about personal grievances. Anyone want to talk about Trump’s welfare queen status? He’s a DEI hire for lazy *** white blowhards. If we want to talk about meritocracy, what has Trump done to deserve the money and power he has inherited? Anyone honestly think if he’d been born in Harris’s circumstances that he would’ve risen?

Anyway, it’s pretty obvious that Harris is a regular Democrat. She had issues in 2020 as her background was that of a former prosecutor. It’s pretty obvious why that didn’t play well in that cycle. Likewise, it’s pretty obvious how a former prosecutor would play well in 2024.

People are tired of Trump and Republicans crapping on America. People want joy. People want someone who cares about others. It’ll take yet another *** whooping or two before Republicans get it through their thick skulls to change. They need better candidates. Not the weirdos they currently market. And a platform that doesn’t exude rampant racism, sexism, and authoritarian rule for the minority.

Some of the speech I definitely take big issue with. But, as you all know, I'm not a moderate, or even a liberal, so this should play well with all of the undecided median voters.

When Kamala has her first word salad it's going to be ugly. She should start answering press questions one or two at a time, get some word salad out of the way then do a sit down interview with Fox News.

Not even close. Harris is awful in debates, but she has one trick that she uses in every debate against a male opponent. It didn't work against Tulsi because Tusli isn't a guy, and it won't work in a debate where the mics are muted. Kamala Harris absolutely must have those mics hot.

If Trump's campaign staff is worth anything, they'll stick to the muted mics agreement. If they do then Kamala has no shot because she is a moron prone to babbling, and her one go-to tactic she has used as a crutch her whole career will be off the table.

The ONLY trick Kamala has is to say something, and when her male opponent chimes in a bit to quickly, she talks over him with the line "I'm speaking!". If there are no hot mics then Trump can't chime in, and she can't fire off her girl boss "I'm speaking" that her campaign desperately wants.

Weird, I don't think @stormofwar is just reflexively defending the Biden admin. I've heard him/her criticize the Biden admin when appropriate too.

I'm with him. I don't think asking Zuckerberg to add community notes to help prevent unnecessary loss of life is a bad thing. At the end of the day, the decision to comply with the White House's request and the manner in which they've decided to execute is on Meta and Zuckerberg. They're a private company after all.
