Not exactly a great news for Sexton. My bet is on him getting moved again the next few months.

Pretty much the safest place in the world to be is on the receiving end of a DL decision that has to be justified until it’s dead (ded?).

From what I saw the last two seasons, Exum definitely feels like rotation NBA player. Seems like a solid option, especially on only a one-year contract while Kyrie heals up.

Lakers were one of the best Collins destinations, it's unlikely now as they can't take much more salary back. Vincent+Kleber for Collins puts them too close to the apron which they are hardcapped at.

Best chance now is probably Miami? Maybe MIA does Rozier and Love (actual good vet to have around) for Collins....but Rozier is cleared of his charges. Otherwise, there are some negative contracts we could probably take on like DJM, Pat Williams, or Barrett.

We have too many guys. One of Kessler/Lauri/Collins must go.

I am trying to figure out Phoenix. Before FA, I thought the Jazz could move Collins + Sexton for Beal and either a couple picks or #10 this year. I still think something could be worked out to move Collins to Phoenix for a young player (Flemming?) and a contract. Phoenix has so many guards. Not sure what they are planning long term.

Honestly Ayton on the Lakers is our best case scenario. They wont be horrible, but he will limit their ceiling. Should be lookin at a pick in the mid teens.

Lakers defense will be painful to watch. They have a legit shot at giving the Jazz a run for their money as the worst defensive team in the league.

The Lakers 2027 pick looks kind of juicy again with Ayton having a 2nd year player option.

It depends on how much that second year is worth though. If Ayton felt he could earn more in FA next year he could still opt out. But the sensible thing for the Lakers to do here is to trade Reaves for a 3D wing/defensive stretch 4 but they aren't gonna do that, are they?

My (very bad, don't hold it against me!) DARKO projection with made up minute totals has this current roster at 25.45 wins. Collier and Keyonte expected to drive the tank once again, but big improvements from then could turn this into a 30+ win team.

Miami standing pat this offseason would be so wild to me. So many cheap ways to improve and that team is so stale. East is wide open. They think they getting FAs or something in the next couple years. Have fun guys.
