What are Republicans doing to Unify the country?

Meanwhile Russia is on the two more weeks forever plan...

They don’t matter as much as cheap egg prices either. Americans had a clear choice last fall:

1. Support Ukraine
2. Support Russia

They chose 2.

Cuz woke or trans swimmers or egg prices or something. No one should be surprised that the only “deal” Trump will come up with is the deal Putin has wanted all along. The real problem in America is this alternative reality that millions of bored Americans and our corporate media that craves tax cuts and eyeballs have created, where Trump doesn’t suck ***.

At least where the House is concerned, the Redistricting war may result in single party rule eventually….

President Donald Trump's push for Republican-led states to redraw their U.S. House of Representatives districts to protect their majority in next year's midterm elections could set the stage for Republicans to dominate the chamber in decades to come, political analysts and experts said.

Republicans hold a 219-212 House majority and Trump is looking to break the streak of midterm House losses for the sitting president's party -- as happened to him in 2018 and to Democratic President Joe Biden in 2022 -- by pushing states starting with Texas to aggressively redistrict.

Democratic states, led by California, have threatened to retaliate by redrawing their own districts for partisan gain, a longstanding feature of U.S. politics known as gerrymandering that has grown far more potent thanks to modern data analysis tools.

But Republicans hold the advantage, with control of the state legislatures and governorships of 23 states, compared with 15 for Democrats. Further, independent analysts say, population shifts could create as many as 11 new congressional seats in Republican Southern and Western states after the 2030 U.S. Census.

Democrats enjoyed 40 years of unbroken House control beginning in 1955 and ending in 1995 as conservative Southern Democrats defected to the Republican Party in earnest.

I had a discussion with a trumpet yesterday about the fact that trump didn't end the Russia war like he said he would. The trumper said, who cares he still had 3 and a half years to end it.

Yeah, probably because of that rat faced je… I mean globalist! Why does Ukraine keep waging war on the dear motherland? Don’t they understand Russia is much larger? They can’t win! They should just give up now.

A Republican congressman left a heated town hall via the back door after he was relentlessly laughed at and heckled while trying to defend President Trump.

Rep. Barry Moore was hammered with tough queries—and more than a few heckles—during a raucous town hall in Daphne, Alabama.

The tense showdown was captured in a 40-minute video from the advocacy group Indivisible Baldwin County. It shows Moore squirming under relentless questioning about Medicaid cuts, the closure of rural hospitals, Trump-era tariffs, immigration crackdowns, abortion bans, and even the deployment of the National Guard in Washington, D.C..

Moore’s attempts to respond were drowned out with laughter and interruptions. At one point, the audience openly mocked his evasive answers.

By the end of the night, the Republican lawmaker had had enough, cutting things short and slipping away through an exit rather than facing his increasingly hostile crowd.

At one point, a woman asks, “Why are people not getting due process? Why are immigrants not getting due process?” Moore’s answer went down like a lead balloon. “So, due process for a citizen and a non-citizen are different things.” He was drowned out by loud jeers and cries of “false!”
