Can’t afford him anymore unfortunately, ORL might not be able to either. He’s someone probably close to Kessler in trade value…it’s in the back of mind as an eventual 3 teamer.

i have to say this was one of the most sleazy single-game tanks I have ever seen as a Jazz fan. I am just sitting here laughing out loud. I cannot believe it. The NBA is gonna do something about this, it was insane to watch

This is the perfect way to tank imo, and the league shouldn’t actually care about this kind of tanking. Our best players played, so anyone buying a ticket to see Lauri/Keyonte/JJJ got to see them. The game was competitive, it’s not like this was some boring blowout, the game was in doubt the whole way through. Finally, it’s not like the Jazz played complete end of the bench g leaguers in the last quarter, those were bona fide developmental minutes for Colier, Flip, Cody and Ace.

I watched Golden State kamikaze their season to keep their draft pick in 2012. They would let the other team get every rebound in the final 3 minutes of games. Teams would literally have 2 min possessions against them.

Yeah, tanking is sad. Other teams doing it too doesn't make it any less sad.

Jokes aside, I would be pretty pissed off if I was into sports betting. Pulling your whole starting lineup in the 4th to actively try to lose is next level tanking. I can't understand why they don't get fined more.

Jazz have a logjam with Konchar, Cody, Vince and Svi. And Brice too for that matter. We've added two more guys at the 2/3 without moving anyone out.
