Big Al...if true, Center or PF?

I was looking at Minnasota's depth chart and saw that he is technically listed at PF and Love at C but his profile page says Center.

Would he be able to play along side Millsap at the C or play along Memo (when he gets back) at the PF with Millsap off the bench.

I personaly would rather have Memo off the bench then millsap

Any thoughts?

Center, because we have Sap at PF, and no real center (who is good). Jefferson has enough height to play center, and he has the power low post game.

I dont know enough about Big Al's midrange game though, hopefully its at least decent. Same goes for Sap, he made huge strides last year with his midrange, hopefully he continues.

Yes, Jefferson has played at the 5 for much of his career and I assume he would do so here.

He was more effective last year at the 4, but doesn't mean he isn't effective at the 5. I think he can play both, which is nice to have a player that can play both positions.

My eyes are starting to cross with the flood of Jefferson info, but I thought I just read something about him losing his mid-range game... but possibly because of a difficult transition to the triangle offense?

Like Boozer&Millsap, I think Jefferson&Millsap could play together effectively against any frontline except for the Lakers and Magic (and possibly the Spurs and Rockets).

His mid-range game is pretty dreadful. On the positive side he's only 25 and still has time to develop a consistent mid-range jumper, but for now I just want him to give us the rebounding and low-post scoring he's demonstrated that are his strengths.

Our Front line will be Millsap-Jefferson or Jefferson-Okur pending on the matchups.

We know Millsap can be effective coming off the bench and I think adding Okur's perimeter shooting to the 2nd unit would help since we lost Korver

His jumper will never be as good as Boozers, but he doesn't really need it to be. He can back just about anyone down in a matter of seconds. Jefferson can play center, but it would be ideal to always have either AK or Milsap on the floor with their great help D.
