Go get Stockton before his wife, Nada, finds out. I’m not just whistlin’ Kentucky; I have P.M.S’d a few of you…I mean P.K.M.’d…I mean B.M.’d…I mean P.M.’d, and you will find out what I mean (don’t say a word until two days after two days ago); it’s totally boss. I have some good information from the Delphic Oracle that says he may be on the move, and we need to make this happen. Let’s do it! On a side note, all of those who are proud residents of Birdseye need to use this thread to start a fantasy league with me; Indianola residents are not allowed! The rules are Beta code in the Mixolydian mode with the first five most callipygian players acting as team captains. Let’s get it on!

Stockton owned Threatt so badly here, he never played again. Literally.

Oh, and Mario Elie's defense on that game-tying basket with a minute to go was hilarious.

I also remember a kid in my class telling me that it wasn't all that great a performance because it came against a 35-year old Threatt. John, of course, is 6 months younger than Threatt.
 
I still remember watching this game live on TV with my dad.
I had to have been 12 or so..... and my dad immediately said, "It's in!" When Stockton launched that 3.
 
Miss him. They truly dont make players like they did in the 80's and 90's anymore. I know its probably just me being old, but it sure seems like they dont at least.
