That's true. The good thing is, there's a good chance MCW won't end up like John Beck, scraping slivers out of his behind from all the Jimmering he's done on the bench. He won't end up being a team gatorade facilitator, he'd a winner, not a whiner.

Please say no to MCW. Its not even his outside shooting but his overall FG% is horrible. He can't even hit free throws. He also is older. Not much room for growth.

So I listened, I liked his talk about Kawai. I would love to get his off the record thoughts about the Jazz selection of Burks over Kawai. I still gotta a feeling Burks is leaving.

Best part was the story about him going out to dinner last week in New Jersey with the coaches and scouts while KOC was out to dinner with someone else. Lindsey was pitching different scenarios to them about what if the team moved up to a certain spot, or what if the team got an extra 1st round pick...what would the scouts & coaches do? I had to laugh, it sounded just like Jazzfanz, what a thread that would make.

The Jazz will be making a huge mistake if Burks isn't on the Jazz, and they don't get a significant return for him. Favors and Burks will be considered the biggest returns on the D-Will trade.

I agree with Mellow on this one..

I don't think Burks is Lindsey/Spurs type player at all.

Well I don't see why not actually.

The kid's been more than patient, has made his mistakes, and has rode the pine a lot for them.

Since then, he's accepted any/all roles TyCo had asked him to.... and hasn't started any premadonna-esque rumours through his agent either. (Watson)

Dunno... Spurs player have that quiet confidence about them... I dunno... I never see Duncan, or Parker or even Ginobili being "over confident".. which to me is Burks' ...
