I like Lopez. But he and Gobert will occupy the same spot in the future.

Lopez would be the right kind of pick up. He has a nice contract and is a pretty decent player. Ya he probably takes some Gobert minutes, but the important part is the contract vs player. Its a nice, moveable, asset. He is at 1yr/5 mil per with a team option. It keeps us flexible too, while keeping Kanter and Favors starting.

If we can get him for free practically, then I say yes. I believe the Jazz plan on getting another big anyways.
