Doner kebabs in Utah?

There are some doners like this. Every state, and area serves them a little differently. The meat used, the bread etc.

Of course there are also "durum" doners which are rolled up like a burrito.
They also are called "Turkish pizza" if made slightly different. They can vary a little area to area.

Can't remember where I ran across it. Was it posted by someone in this thread? Combined with this sauce, https://allrecipes.com/recipe/easy-greek-yogurt-cucumber-sauce/, and eaten in a pita, it almost satisfied my doner craving. Being chicken the meat wasn't quite right of course, but very tasty and had a lot of the right flavors.

this is more what I'm accustomed to, though I prefer less sauces...
kind of bummed, my husband wasn't too enthused about the idea of gyros tonight.
