Does Gerald Wallace Want to Play for the Jazz?

How many people noticed that just before the tip-off, Gerald Wallace went over and shook Jerry's hand?

Does he do that to all opposing coaches? Or maybe he wants to play for the Jazz.

Does it matter?

Also, a lot of people might want to go and shake a living-legend's hand. Did Rasheed Wallace want to be on the Jazz because he went out of his way to greet Sloan before games? It's all about respect.

That, and it doesn't matter if Wallace wants to or not.

I thought you left?

I saw Kevin Love shaking salt on his fries the other day -- does this mean he wants to live in Salt Lake City?!

Bro, I thought your delusional mind couldn't get any crazier. And then you started this thread. Congratulations on being a nutjob.

Maybe ... but this certainly isn't a common occurrence, is it? It must mean something if he doesn't do it to all the other coaches ... so why is that delusional to wonder about it. Saying I'm delusional shows a lack of insight, and to make analogy with salt on fries is just silly.

The other day a cute cashier girl smiled at me and complimented my shirt. I'm pretty sure she wanted to play ball with me, if you know what I mean.

These analogies don't equate to the situation. The real question is if he shakes every hand of the opposing coach before the games, and if not, then why Sloan. Maybe just respect, but if that's all, that does say something. Who else noticed it, on here?

I guess I better shake more peoples hands if that means they want to be on my team. to the girl's dorms!

Since the edit function doesn't seem to work, just to add, the other interest part of this exchange was that Jerry had a sort of quizzical and ornery expression on his face. Hey, if you airheads aren't interested in this, so be it. I'm sure there are some people, especially the Jerry-phytes, who will be, and may have something of relevance to add.

Dude, I think a player shaking Sloan's hand is pretty insignificant. That's all. I don't keep track of what players shake whos hands...because I don't think it matters. You are clearly trying to make more out of this than there is in your OP and thread title. YOU may think the analogies are silly, but the rest of us think your premise is silly.

Well, dude, that is your opinion. You still haven't answered the main question ... is this what GW does all the time? I don't think so; in fact, it appeared that it took Jerry by surprise. Maybe it was an impulsive act of Wallace, congratulating Jerry on the 3 come from behind wins. Who knows. I doubt it was just idle and arbitrary.

It's a freaking handshake! Way to make something out of nothing. What other stupid thread topics do you have brewing in that wack mind of yours.

I think you're not hearing me. I don't intend to answer your question. I don't pay attention to, nor do I care, if players shake the coaches hand or not. I'll leave your thread alone now so that if someone thinks you're on to something they won't be drowned out by my negativity.

Listen, just because you guys can only see the surface of things doesn't mean that this is a wacko piece of conjecture, and if Gameface is not interested, then why bother to respond to this? To some people this is not important, and it probably isn't significant, all things considered. I myself found it rather interesting and noticed no one had mentioned this in any of the threads, so I wanted to see if anyone knew what was behind this gesture.

I notice it too, but it's probably a question better posed to a Bobcats' forum considering the average Jazz fan probably isn't watching Bobcats games outside of maybe a look in every once in awhile. Gerald seems like a Jerry Sloan guy.

The funny thing about the handshake is that Sloan forgot Wallace's name in both the pre and post game media interview.
