I think the Cavs and the Jazz have been talking about a trade, and that Favors and #5 would most likely be the structure of the trade.
 
If this isn't true... everyone should get to punch spence in the balls.
 
I am curious if this trade occurs if it is contingent on who takes Embiid because Philly will clearly win that. I think the Jazz have better assets to offer though.

I think Philly is bluffing on the Embiid front.
 
This ish is getting crazy! I'd like to keep Burks. If they want an unprotected give them the GSW 2017. I'd be sad giving Favors away, but nothing I can do.
 
If I believe Wiggins or Parker will be a top ten player some day I do the deal. It would give us even more cap space/flexibility, so we can add another piece now. I just think Burks is going to be a player... I also hate the idea of cleveland ruining him. Between irving and Waiters the ball was already pretty small in Cleveland.

I also think it might be contingent on Embiid being there at #5 as well. Think Cleveland is trying to have their cake and eat it too. I hate them so much right now.

You think we might be able to move 5 and 23 to Boston for 6 and 17 right now just based on speculation that Embiid could fall?

Favors, #5 and #23... dunno how I feel about that

**** trading a future 1st rounder though, id much rather give up #23
 
I'd still do the trade. We can get players at the level of Burks and at pick 23 in FA. We can't get a top 10 player in the league anywhere except the draft. You still do this if your scouting says your target at 1 will be a top 10 talent (hopefully Wiggins).

ya. if we can get wiggins, we dont need burks. we will miss favors :( ****ing cavs asking a lot. mfs. they are gonna suck anyway, so just give us the damn pick
 
I'd give them all of #5, #23, GSW pick, Burks if they'd substitute Kanter for Favors.

-Wiggins
-Favors
-Gobert

And a **** ton of cap room is a beautiful thing.

Kanter is a 4. He is not a center. You need a rim protector. Kanter can maybe play 10 minutes at the center position to fill the gap. But overall you need a rim protector in some way.
 
Still don't see why Cavs trade away #1.
They don't have a franchise player.
If they do this trade they still don't have a franchise player.
It's nonsense for them to think they will lure LeBron back.

If all we have to do to get it done is include a future 1st instead of #23 and the Jazz don't do it.....ima ****ing kill them.
