I just dont see Boston winning the chip this year either. Their perimeter defense or rim defense doesnt look special at all, and Tatum has looked pedestrian for a month or so. They talk a lot, but I dont even care who comes out of the West I would likely bet on that team regardless.

And Minny doesnt have Lauri, Sexton, JC, Tech or KO. All of whom are good players and all of whom we could have had with Mike and Rudy. Plus we had NAW who would have seen the court (along with Tech) without the Gobert trade bringing in Beasley, Vando and THT (via Pat Bev).

If PG was willing to come to Utah there is absolutely no way that value-Danny doesnt make an offer. If for nothing else, then at least throw in something below max to show he is big game hunting. He did make a comment about not hunting dinosaurs though.... but I dont know if PG qualifies as one.

I think this is not a good option. Regardless of how bad the draft looks, developmental opportunities should not be overlooked. Last year we gave a lot of minutes to guys like Samanic and Yurt7. I would like to see better prospects using those minutes next year. Or maybe big Kenny can just eat...

I get that. I'm not nearly as invested in the draft as you all are so I dont know what comps are good and what arent. But as our top 3 most talented offensive players right now are probably Lauri, Sexton and Keyonte.... two of which are small guards who are bad defensively... I would rather not...
