    Coronavirus

I also have the 'VID that was passed on courtesy of my 2 yr old. Joys of day care. I had a 100° fever on Sunday and a headache for a few days the ibuprofen has taken care of. Also a bit tired. Other than that, not bad so far. Definitely glad I'm vaccinated and boosted.

Did Quin Snyder turn you on to them too? After the last few performances I had no choice.

    RAADS-R

Exactly, a flawed test that will identify cases of extreme autism on one end and those without on the other, without helping to identify those that may be on the border.

    Fire Snyder!!!

While I normally think firing a coach mid-season is a bad idea, I have zero faith that Quin will get this team past the second round, so why wait?

Net rating is all that matters. Pace, refereeing and many other factors affect the offense or defense rating.

It is more than that. Look for Gobert in good % opportunities, as well as other high % options. And when a defense adjusts, you take the highest % shots the D gives you. There was one loss to the Clips where the Clips overplayed the paint and 3 leaving the mid-range wide open. The Jazz took 0...

When did I say anything contrary to that? Moneyball is getting the most points per possession while allowing the fewest on D. Rudy's FTs have been better, and his FG% dictates you get him as many "good" shots as you can. You also take good open 3s, and adjust as necessary. It also means...

Moneyball HAS to factor in game adjustments. Quin cannot figure that part out.

The selfishness and lack of accountability is disgusting. Anyone notice that Jordan and Donovan refuse to take a last second heave from the backcourt this season (either dribble out or appear to intentionally shoot after the buzzer)? The lack of ball sharing, defense, etc., all falls onto the...

With the Yankees/MLB on strike and Dallas losing yesterday to SF, these bandwag..I mean Lakers fans really need a win to keep them from jumping off a building.

    Coronavirus

Utah's is also in decline but still higher than most of the USA. 1.9 is still a negative replacement rate. A pandemic in general and the economic instability it creates for many is a natural result.

    Hmmmm you don’t say?

Agree about his improvement on offense, I was talking about D. He improved tremendously in college. Disagree Quin is a good coach. He was playing checkers while Ty Lue appeared to be playing chess. ****ing Ty Lue. Quin's teams have been good on D with Rudy. Really bad pre-Rudy starting.

    Hmmmm you don’t say?

I think he gets it. He played good D in college, and improved a ton. He isn't that guy anymore, either because he doesn't care, or has a coach that doesn't know how to teach or emphasize good D. This team rarely takes charges, does not know how to anticipate and slip a screen, and leaves...

    Coronavirus

The other problem is you always have to have some people working. Hospitals can't close. By the time we knew enough it was already here. Even when Trump wanted to close borders it was too late. I actually think we should have never shut down at all, at least not the majority of things...
